In Math class we were taugh that two plus two equals four. Now let us say that I argue that two plus two equals twenty0two. I argue this way 2+2=22. That is I write down both twos next to each other and get twenty-two. Will anyone accept this reasoning as true?
Absolutely not. They will not accept that two plus two equals five or any number other than four.
